We start new projects by greeting you with a brief and an initial meeting, either face-to-face or via video conference. This is when you’ll meet the team members working on your project.

BRIEF DISCUSSION

Every project begins by comprehensively understanding your requirements and reviewing the materials you provide. This helps us set a clear timeline and budget. We also discuss and confirm the desired output formats with you. During this initial phase, we identify the team members necessary to execute the project.

OFFER PREPARATION

Here we prepare an offer and define the project’s timeframe. We also establish the costs of assets which will be required during the production process. After our client’s approval, we reserve the project’s time.

We adhere to strict standards in regards to data security and confidentiality, ensuring the protection of all data provided. It is imperative to be legally protected, so we use online contract signings, providing the necessary guarantees for our clients.

02 THE PRODUCTION PHASE

KICK-OFF

Here we delve into the specifics, steering our team in the direction to align the outcome with your vision. We also arrange a video conference with all team members involved in the project.

PROJECT EXECUTION

Upon finalizing all production, we deliver the project materials to the client in their chosen formats. Delivery is made electronically through cloud services.
